A panel discussion studies five groups of works by celebrated British artist Nicholas Pope at LVMH Lecture Theatre, Central Saint Martins on Thursday, 6 March, 6.30pm.


The five panelists have each chosen a specific group of work – from the 1970s to present – to discuss in a short talk series. Following the talks will be a brief conversation between the panelists and a Q&A session with Nicholas Pope.


Nicholas Pope: 5 x 5 is the third event in the Cross Course Talks series held at Central Saint Martins. The event is open to students of all departments of the school, as well as members of the public.


Copies of Nicholas Pope – the first comprehensive monograph on the artist – and Sloth knitting instructions will also be available.

William Cobbing is a senior lecturer in BA Fine Art: Sculpture at Wimbledon College of Art, London. Mark Dunhill is dean of academic studies at Central Saint Martins, LondonFedja Klikovac is director of Handel Street Projects, LondonFrances Morris is head of Collections (International Art) at Tate, LondonDr Joy Sleeman is a senior lecturer at Slade School of Fine Art, London.
